Your Local Experts

The e3 Gordon Stowe office in St. Louis opened in 1988 as GNS Audiometrics, Inc. with Dave Stewart as service manager and one of only 2 employees. A few years later, Jeff Carey was added to the service department and a receptionist was hired to help with incoming business.  In 1996, Dave Stewart took on the Regional Sales Manager position and hired Jay Feco into the service department.  Later GNS Audiometrics, Inc. name changed to e3 Gordon Stowe, and our staff remained unchanged until 2014 when Jeff Carey stepped down to part time service and Dave Stewart, Jr. (DJ) came on board in our service department.

Our St. Louis area team of professionals has extensive backgrounds in the following service areas: electronics engineering, telecommunications, field service, medical equipment calibration and repair, hearing healthcare product service and repair, PC networking and sound booth assembly.   This formula of service first, makes our approach to helping hearing healthcare providers with their needs, a more service based approach rather than a sales approach.  When it comes to sales we tend to work as consultants that help hearing healthcare providers understand their options so that they can better make equipment choices based on their facility needs and budget.
