Calibration mode is password protected to ensure the integrity of data, and
a calibration due date reminder is displayed at startup.

The standard Earscan® 3S is a fully programmable audiometer, allowing
customization of the entire test procedure, from the intensity step size to
the frequencies selected for testing. Operator to patient communication is
built in so the patient doesn’t need to remove the headset to hear any test
instructions. Calibration is password protected to ensure the integrity of
data. Built in calibration reminders ensure the validity of test results.
With standard RS-232 communications, data can be transferred to a variety of
printers and PC programs. Upgradability ensures the Earscan® 3S will meet
your current needs as well as any in the future.

The GSI 17 is truly a universal audiometer. It is
designed for use in virtually every hearing screening situation - from
schools and industrial settings to physicians' offices, clinics, and managed
care institutions. Full frequency and intensity ranges allow you to perform
hearing thresholds or screening tests on all of your patients, students or
employees. Frequency levels range from 125 Hz to 8000 Hz, and signal
intensities run from -10 dB HL to 100 dB HL with pulse and warble modes.

Description
The PA5 is a pediatric free field audiometer for
hand held operation. The light weight and the easy operation of
the switches makes it ideal for easy behavioral testing of
children's hearing.
Stimuli
Stimuli may be pure tones from 500 Hz to 4kHz, or NB / WN all
precisely calibrated. An optional TDH39 headphone may be
connected and will have independent calibration to allow
traditional screening with headphone.
Battery indicator and protection bag
Integrated battery indicator safeguards performance quality, and
a convenient protection bag is included. |

AS208 - Screening
Audiometer
Description
The AS208 is an inexpensive, portable manual air conduction
audiometer well suited for quick and efficient hearing evaluations
in schools, industry, and other settings.

Fully portable
The AS208 is fully portable and is easily carried in a
briefcase or similar bag.
A special lightweight carrying bag with shoulder strap is also
available. This will hold the audiometer along with its accessories,
including a noise reduction headset, that collectively weighs less
than 2.0 kg (4.5 lbs.).

Battery or external power
supply
This audiometer has the convenient option of either battery
operation or the use of the optionally supplied external power
supply. A low battery indicator is included to reliable performance.
11 frequencies
The AS208 provides 11 frequencies from 125 Hz to 8kHz over an
intensity range of -10 to 100dBHL. The AS208 meets current EN and
ANSI standards. |

audiometer from Otometrics is perfect for those who

Easy operation
Thanks to its highly intuitive design, only a minimum
of training is needed to operate the MADSEN Xeta
audiometer.

The intuitive user-friendly layout, with indicator
lights and a “one button = one function” design, gives
easy overview and immediate access to everything needed
during testing. The MADSEN Xeta logically groups all
related operational controls according to mode of
application. This makes it exceptionally easy to
navigate through the system and switch effortlessly
between patients and tests. PC connectivity makes it
possible to pre-load the audiometer with names and
unique IDs, ensuring patients are properly identified
throughout the process.
Flexible patient handling
The MADSEN Xeta is geared for intensive off-site
testing and comes with a built-in memory and advanced
interface that let you leaf through pre-loaded patients,
browse through test results, or resume testing at any
time. This creates an incredibly dynamic and flexible
test setting.
The MADSEN Xeta easily connects to local PCs for use
with our OTOsuite™ Audiometry software. Benefits include
on screen viewing, electronic reporting, storage or
sharing, and effective integration with today’s
electronic medical record systems.
Fast and efficient testing

The MADSEN Xeta audiometer meets the need for testing
efficiency with all the necessary tests, including auto
threshold and auto screening. As a special feature and
to ensure valid, high-quality test results, a Masking
Assistant alerts users whenever masking is recommended
at specific frequencies.

Micromate 304 Portable |
Madsen Micromate 304 The Madsen MICROMATE 304 is a low-cost portable
screening audiometer capable of performing complete manual audiological
screening tests operating on battery or mains power. It is ideal for rapid
threshold determination in schools, industry, the armed forces, etc., and
weighs only one kilogram.
Although alkaline batteries have a long life in the MICROMATE 304, the
audiometer automatically switches itself off approximately 10 minutes after
use to conserve battery power. If a record of thresholds is desired, an
audiogram pad may be attached to the front panel and the coordinate system
of indicators used to mark the audiogram curve.
The MICROMATE 304 Portable Screening Audiometer may be supplied with an
optional custom-made carrying case for self-contained operation. Battery
operation is standard, with AC power supply optional.

The Detective Audiometer is
a pure tone screening audiometer that has automatic and
manual operation and also comes standard with a printer.
- As an automatic audiometer, the test runs on its own
- saving time and the need for constantly working with
the dials.

of the test as well as directions if there is a miscue
during the test: “As soon as you hear a tone, even

|
Because it's a portable, take the MA 25 anywhere with
confidence. User-friendly over-size knobs make adjusting frequency and
hearing levels easy. Easy push-button operation for right/left, pulse tone
and warble. Although the MA 25 is small, it still offers a full range of
testing opportunities. Frequency levels range from 250 Hz to 8000 Hz, and
signal intensities run from -10 dB HL to 90 dB HL. 9V operation via alkaline
battery or AC adapter. AC adapter not included. Air conduction only.

The MA-27 features large, fingertip control knobs provide
access to a full range of frequencies and hearing levels. Fast and easy to
transport, the rigid, yet lightweight case with built-in handle and storage
compartment not only protects the audiometer, but allows you to
