Don Duck has been in the Audiology industry since 1971, by mailing out hearing aid batteries for Beltone Hearing Service. Later, Beltone brought Don on full time calibrating audiometers.   It was at Beltone that he met Jack Wheeler, who later co-founded AIC Medical 1991 with Don, and set-up an office in Oklahoma City.  The Oklahoma City office is a dedicated team of individuals who provide a unique blend of clinical and technical expertise to their customers. The team, which includes Don Duck (Regional Sales Manager), Chris Taylor, M.A. Audiologist (Regional Sales Manager), Jack Wheeler (NASED Service Technician), and Robert Cook (NASED Service Technician).

In 2013, e3 Gordon Stowe acquired AIC Medical, making them part of the largest distributor group in the Midwest.
