Overview/ Summary
The Marketing Automation Coordinator will focus on daily management and measurement of digital marketing efforts, requiring a strategic and tactical shift from "blast" emails to more targeted, data-driven multi-channel campaigns focused on lead generation, lead nurturing and lead scoring. The Marketing Automation Coordinator will leverage the e3 websites, Facebook. Linkedin, etc and through Hubspot deploy highly effective inbound marketing programs driving top-of-the-funnel growth by increasing leads and adjusting marketing programs based on KPIs.
The role will set up and maintain marketing program rules, automation assignment settings, as well as adjust, modify, and update programs as needed. The Marketing Automation Coordinator will enhance our capability to analytically draw upon prospect/customer information to provide the right message at the right time driving inbound leads to our sales organization. A strong background in lead generation programs, email marketing best practices, and inbound marketing is crucial, along with experience improving marketing and sales alignment through continuous business and data process improvement.
